New Private Messaging System

I have completed the new private messaging system besides a few visual enhancements that will come later. The basic system '€śshould'€ť work'€¦ There may be bugs considering it was written in 24 hours so let me know if you find any. The new messaging system is a major upgrade from the previous system.
