Man down!!! Man down!!!

About an hour ago as I was sitting on the computer slowly working my way through a Flash MX 2004 Professional book so I can add some more toys to Blogs4me.  I tend to have a broken gear and can never sit perfectly still.  Usually it is my leg that is moving or I am playing with my eyebrow while deep in thought.  I think all this random movement finally killed my chair.  When I turned and leaned to the left the entire left armrest on the chair broke. :(:(

I cannot tell you how sad I am right now.  I have had this chair for a very long time.  Maybe I am sick but I feel like I just lost a friend.  Oh well….it might have been time for a new chair anyway.

R.I.P. buddy.

you can have my chair. it feels like it's old, but it's really not. It has a loose arm. It'll be just like the old one

It was a good chair, holding up the great leader that we all know and love. A true convayer of support and comfort in times of need. It will be sorely missed. I hope that another can fill it's spot with such grace and ease, but eaither way... it is in a better place now. *tear*

I'm here if you need me, it's ok to cry let it all out.

That chair was taken before it's time, like so many other chairs of it's generation in places like Khe San, An Loc, Hill 364...

tim- i have a suggestion, i'm not sure how or if it could work... having a section for "comments you've made," that way you can keep track of everything. might be unnecessary...just an idea.

perhaps we should hold an online memorial service for the dearly departed chair? a vigil in it's honor! I too have recently had a chair taken from me too soon...it's crippled really, it lost and arm in a moving accident...I had to take the second arm in an emergency amputation for the sake of symmetry. It hasn't been the same since. I feel your pain.

only the good die young my friend, that chair, if it's the one I'm thinking of, could be sat in whatever position was deemed necessary, so long old friend

The chair will always live on in memory. A candle will be lit for it here and every where.

I have a suggestion... Being able to edit comments you've made on other persons blogs. You can edit and delete things on your own blog, but not when it comes to someone elses. I'd much rather edit or be able to delete than post a second time (and having to wait 15 seconds to do so... though I'm just anal about flood control. hehe) You must be taking the Chair thing rather hard, it's been four days since your last post. You alright, good buddy?
