New Blog Editor
I changed the blog editor on Blogs4me.com this morning. It is a pretty nice knock off of Microsoft Word so if you can use word you can use the new editor. Below is a list of some of the new features this editor supports.
- Image Upload - You can now upload an image directly to the server for your new blogs. There is no need to use photobucket unless you truly love it.
- Custom Templates - There are some custom templates available that allow you to give your blog a professional look and feel without needing to know too much HTML.
- Preview Button - Just like the feature in Microsoft Word there is a preview button, which allows you to view you new blog entry in a new window at any time during the writing process.
- Full Screen Mode - There is an option to stretch the editor out and fill the entire screen giving you more surface area to create your new blog entries.
There is also a spell check feature available that I have turned off at the moment. If I find the time then I will try and finish the installation of it in the future.
Hopefully this new editor will fix some of the bugs that were associated with the last editor in creating tickerless blogs and lost blogs. Everyone cross your fingers for me.
Yeah, Timbo made some modifications so that we're not allowed to post mindless drivel anymore. Each post must have sprinklings of content interspersed with jibber-jabber. I typed like 12 different posts this morning before it finally let me run with the TV stuff.
Actually, Timbo just orders pizzas from Sgt. Pepperonis, then drugs the delivery boys and forces them to do all the work to this site. Now that's what I call outsourcing!
