30 Second Comments

When you try and make two comments within 30 seconds of eachother you will be asked to type in a 6 character code to publish the second comment.   (or wait 30 seconds) 

I had to install this functionality into the site to stop spammers and bots from generating bogus comment spam. 

Eventually I will be placing the same type of checking system on new blog entries as well.
