Safari Image Uploads

I have added some new Safari bug fixes to the default photo image form.   Hopefully they will fix any issues you may have noticed when using Safari to upload an image as your default photo.

I will be adding these same fixes to the new post image upload form soon.   Until then I recommend using Firefox or Internet Explorer to upload any image files you may have.
